The Northeast Farmer's Market was started after the closure of
La Chalupa Farmer's Market at Mattie Rhodes in 2014. Five vendors from that market wanted to continue selling in Northeast KCMO, so they decided to start a new farmer's market along Independence Avenue.
We found a new location in the parking lot of Independence Boulevard Christian Church at the corner of Independence Avenue and Gladstone Boulevard. This is a very busy intersection in the Northeast, giving the market high visibility and easy access to customers.Find out more »
