The NEKC Chamber of Commerce cordially invites all concerned citizens, agencies and organizations to participate in an interactive discussion on crime and safety issues for Independence Avenue and the surrounding community.
Let’s engage with representatives from City of Kansas City, KCPD, NEAT, Titan Security and other officials to discuss crime stats, recent local incidents and trends. Activities such as COVID -19, loitering and vagrancy, public intoxication, prostitution, armed robbery and homicides occurring in the Northeast, as well as prevention and reduction strategies will be discussed.
