Here in the Northeast Kansas City, you may have seen a mural on the NW corner of the “Truck Eating Bridge”. He is more than a mural painter. 

Mike Elder is a world renowned cake creator, three time world record holder, sixteen time TV chef, cake maker for the stars and now for you! 

Mikes creations have been sought out by well-known public figures such as Gordon Ramsay, George Lucas, Elton John, Godsmack and Tech N9ne as well as NASCAR, INDYCAR, the NFL, and Major League Baseball. 

In addition to being a globetrotting baker and featured at extraordinary events around the world, most recently he was awarded his second and third Guinness Records for a cake raceway and drivable cake car created and driven by Michael Andretti and built with help from his father Mario Andretti.
