Strategic Workforce Development Inc. is a 501(C) 3 skilled trades pre-apprenticeship program working towards Trade Apprenticeship opportunities and employment and a workforce development organization in Kansas City, Missouri. SWD is Section 3 certified. Our mission people are the re-entry, veterans, youths, women, disadvantaged, and dislocated populations.
